Ok I understand its a ultimate skin but is there a chance they could update it just a little I mean it was released a long time ago look at this

It was the first ultimate skin, but they probably won't touch it until they decide to do a visual update on ezreal. The problem is that pulsefire ezreal would take a LOT of work to update.
