So I was 87 RP short on my new account to buy Hecarim, I heard from a friend that they sometimes give you RP when its under the 100. So I sent a ticket to customer support and got this response:

Not sure if we already new this but he basically confirmed that we will be able to get RP buy doing surveys or something idk but sounds cool ^^

They may have just been talking about the sale rotation or a bundle. (well, he's currently on sale so idk)

If you draw them something you've got a better chance at getting larger amounts of RP :3

You have to draw something to get the RP.

By "promotions" he meant "discounts".
