Looking for a good pair of shoutcasters (paid)

Hi. I'm in need of a pair of League of Legends shoutcasters and would like to hear from interested parties, as well as review auditions. Below is some information about the position, as well as audition criteria.

Who were are:

• We're a company based in Japan, looking to produce content for League of Legends in North America.

We're looking for shoutcasters who: *

• are talented shout casters. Amateurs are welcome and encouraged to audition!
• able to speak clearly and concisely in English
• are very energetic
• have excellent knowledge of League of Legends and can deliver accurate, on the spot information.
• are skilled at bouncing (ie communicating with other shoutcasters with natural conversation and fluid transitions)
• has a unique likable personality
• Benefits
• $10 per casted game. This will increase as the income from the content also increases. This may take some time to happen, but for the time being, each shoutcaster is guaranteed $10 per game.
• Great publicity. This position is a great way for those looking to pursue professional shoutcasting to get their name out.
• Very flexible scheduling. This position is great for students, hobbyists, or anyone just looking for something to do in their spare time.

Requirements:

• Must have at least a semi-professional grade microphone. This would likely be a condenser mic. We're looking for clear, crisp, audio. Popular and affordable examples would be a Blue Snowball.
• We're looking for a pair of shoutcasters, ideally who know each other and are physically located near each other. Since these two will both be shoutcasting the same game, it's best that they be in the same room. We're willing to hire shoutcasters who communicate over the internet, but only under the condition that it is not at all noticeable in the content.
• Must have several hours free within any given 72 hour period to cast games. This could just be one to several league games. We will not ask you to cast more than five games in a 24 hour period unless you have expressly asked us to do so. Vacation time is available upon request.
• Please be aware that you will be asked to sign a Right to Publicity Waiver. This essentially means that voice and casting ability belongs to this company for as long as you work for this company. You will not be able to sell any content, even produced under your own time, in the same likeness or at all similar to the content being produced by this company. You will not be allowed to work for pay for any other company that produces content in the same likeness as this company. We will however, allow our hired casters to cast content while employed by this company, under the condition that they do not receive pay.

To Audition: If you'd like to audition, please upload video of the two of you shoutcasting at least 10 minutes of a game to youtube. This is the minimum amount of time we're looking for, so don't be afraid to shoutcast and entire game or even several games.
