No, if they were they'd ban every single person without reason! If you were ban, by all means give us your reform card. Not trying to be rude, but there is a reason (if) you got ban. Despite what people may think the people at riot does look into reports, and like i said if they found reason to ban you because of what you did/your behavior then its probably justified!
