custom icons?

i think that it would be beneficial to everyone if there was an option to create your own icons, i thought this out and i think that it could work this way:

put an option in the store page under summoner icons that allows you to buy some sort of template to start with, and once you have it you can draw, add some sort of pre-loaded pictures and throw it all together to make whatever you want.

i think it would be a really good idea for people who play on 5s teams, that way they can match each other or just have it because its cool. thoughts?
