Fiora not 4800 ip yet?

Riot fix your client to make fiora 4800. My client says she's still 6300. I'm ready to buy her now so pls fix this. Tahm Kench is out last I checked so fiora should be 4800. Also on Tahm Kench abilities page, there are no videos, I'd fix this too.
