LeaverBuster

How come does Leaver buster have to be 20 minutes? I swear each leaver buster is a game by its own. I got a leaverbuster because of leaving one game and that was because my mom forced me too leave the game and I was saying " its okay im not gonna get a leaverbuster for leaving one game" GUESS WHAT i got a leaverbuster it isnt fair they should only be 10 minutes maximum.
