How do I bind Attack Move Click to my left mouse button?

So I previously played with my attack move click set to my left mouse button, but recently I had to restore my computer and that made me reinstall league. I've seen the guide and followed it step by step, as I had previously but it hasn't worked this time. I believe it may be something to do with the new HUD but i'm not to sure why it isn't working.

Here it is, sorry I took so long, had to work on EE lab work. I rebound the old left click functionality onto shift+left-click, so that you can still click champions and monsters to see buffs and stats and such. You could copy paste it, but in case some of my other settings are not things that you want I would recommend just following the format I used, and copy just what you need. GL HF :)
