MMR/ELO teaser suggestion

Hi friends Dixc here (pronounced Dixie)

 I would love for a system to be made where players can reference this invisible rating system just to see where they are at. I understand they don't want to show explicitly like "hey you're MMR/ELO whatever its called is 4 million". Even just a relative indicator saying whether the system has you above or below the mean(average) ELO for your division. Just be nice to know if statistically I am in a division because i happened to get on a lucky streak or if I am genuinely improving.

For example if i was in Teemo's Satan Worshippers Bronze 3 it would add up all the elo's average em out and compare yours and tell you if you're above average or not, the way i understand it if your Elo is above you tend to get more LP for wins. That way if you're winning 2 (30 LP) losing one (-30LP cus bad) even though you're stuck in bronze 3 you can see some sort of progress! genius, a sense of accomplishment for baddies like me who plateau for weeks at a time (damn you gold 5!) till they start getting more LP for wins (15LP for days cus bad).

As a new player I am learning a lot every day (even though most of the stuff i learn is accompanied by cursing and insults in all chat) so if there is anything you guys know about anything I talked about above, let me know!
