Idea: Chatbox in Loading Screen

So, I've been thinking for a while now: is there any reason why we do not have a (team only) chatbox in the loading screen? It seems like a good time to get acquainted with your teammates and discuss tactics and other such stuff. Maybe it would elongate the loading screen time, I do not know, but I'm sure there must be a way, right? Anyway, it would be nice to get an opinion from others or direct feedback from a rioter.
