Not trying to hate!!

So, I had the bugsplat bug with the new patch. (When you are connecting to server for match and your screen turns black) Well, I tried joining like 5 games and my league would shut down and not respond. Fixed the issue however, I am banned for it now and I think Riot should have a more user friendly solution to this. I did contact support when I had the error and I didn't see a thing come back to me. So, maybe set up a new rules system for the ban?! What rules would you guys like to see and what actions can riot take to improve this system?
