Steps to find and reproduce the Easter Egg:

  1. Start your League of Legends Client/Patcher
  2. Select the Free Champion Rotation
  3. Select Hecarim, and at the bottom right corner choose to see more info.
  4. Click on the out of place "Source Code" that should appear on the page.
  5. Watch Arcade Hecarim get defeated by the Final Boss.

All the champs with "arcade" skins have similar teaser videos on their info page in Game info > Champions.

I dont have the skin or paid close attention to it but my friend who owns it says that when he recalls he puts in the Konami code onto his glove
