stuck in battle begin screen due to them shutting down ques, now we face leaver buster penalty....
any way to avoid getting this penalty? i know riot has a general, who cares attitude about these things

im sure anything brought about by this will be cleared. It would be dumb to ban players for a server issue and im sure they have thought of this.
Please be patient, Riot is currently investigating the cause of this problem, I believe it is a connectivity issue concerning their server. For now, all we can do is wait for a fix and/or an announcement telling us what the problem is and how we, ourselves fix it, or if they have a fix. Thank you.
No penalties will be forced upon any player having connectivity issues at this time because this is most likely a server issue.
