Any riot employee, please come spectate me, this ekko who instalocked jungle is taking my camps, and is being complete bm and saying trash about me and my team. Please, anyone come help.

Don't be such a baby about it. Report and move on. You're gonna get trolls in this game. Just a fact of life here.
if he instalocked jungle, why did you insist on jungling? surely, with him being locked in and you having time to decide what to do, you had a few moments to consider where else you could go? if you aren't a part of the solution you are part of the problem.
The only advice I can really give you is to mute them and report them, encourage your team (and even the enemy team if you can) to do the same. I've gotten people banned a few times (it notifies you if they do get banned), but mostly after I've gotten a group of people to report that guy.
