Horrible People since new season.

So, this is a first for me but I'm upset with the people I've been qued with since I started my placements and after. a good portion of my games (60-70%) have someone who rages non stop, afks or even intentionally feeds (my last game was a level 2 Wu with 7 deaths) prior to going afk simply because they didn't get a pick they wanted. Have bans been lifted or is it just the fact that it's a new season and everyone is simply taking things extremely serious and ruining things for others?
