I can't say anything about vlad since i hardly ever played him but someone can tell me how better or worse he was back in the old days.
twitch right now is a better jungler and his lane phase is easier but he is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy much easier to catch off guard. But twitch was already easy to beat so the camo thing is kinda silly to have since most champions have skill shots and there were other ways to reveal stealth champions or you can tell where they are if you hit them with any attack like teemo shrooms, rumble Q, ezreal, annie, xerath (well xerath can hit anything while he is in base he is with ziggs and karthus who just play from the fountain.)
