When is Patch 6.2?

Since Lunar Revel starts tomorrow, I expected a new patch but I guess I might be wrong... I thought it would be out tomorrow but Riot deceives me. Anyone know when it's coming? Will the three new skins be up tomorrow?

I believe the patch should roll out within the next 72 hours. Patch cycles generally occur every 2 weeks.
