Offline mode

I'm just curious and maybe this has been discussed before but why is there no offline mode on league, I'm going on deployment soon and will have limited to no internet but would still like play once in a while even if it is just vs bots.

I'd go for that for sure! Even just to play and learn new champions

Yea thats what I was thinking and it would keep people in the game sill even when they couldn't log on.
