It's related to this Deadeye thing that's been going on recently, Zed had the same thing on his page previously and it's also been revealed that Garen and Vi are also involved, one of them should have a similar thing happen to their champion page probably tomorrow. Zed's page was changed for 1 day and Sona's seems to have been this way for 2 days now, which may have something to do with the "!" Gypsylord has been leaving on Reddit posts recently, apparently a ! on a Zed related post and a !! on a Sona one from what I've heard, which seems to match up with the number of days that each page gets changed so far.

Interesting, it looks like there's an arrow(?) through her throat and flowers out of her mouth.

Obviously there's some kind of flower theme going on, but this one seems to be alluding to Sona being mute for some reason. Perhaps the four champions already/will have some symbolism going on here, like maybe Zed being blind to the corrupting power of the shadows and Sona's will being manipulated by her instrument (however you spell it; she's mute in a figurative as well as a literal sense?).

Eh.

But flowers, and Sona being mute seems to be noteworthy.
