Do i deserve to be banned

OK so my story goes there was a guy (so cool a guy ) who hacked my account I really have no clue how so I changed my password then a few weeks ago same stuff happened and he gifted himself with my rp I asked the guy because he was in my friends list who gifted you he acted all stupid not knowing what happened so I messaged riot and they asked the typical questions your IP first champ not and who is ever had access to my account so i put my brother and he didnt know my pasowrd i loged in for him and i watched him play he wanted to tryed out because he didnt have him and i also put down my friend he came over to my house and i wanted to teach him how to play he didnt know my passwords either so riot responded with we have permenently banned my account duo to account sharing even though they both played right infront of me so i was like wtf so do i deserve to be banned it seems pretty harsh so get permabanned for teaching someone and also i have never been banned exept one time when i started i didnt know there was a penelty for leaving games besides that i have never been banned

according to the EULA...letting anyone else use your account is forbidden. whether that is "right" or "just" is a different discussion, however you should have read the agreement before agreeing to the terms of use...or at least reading it one of the many times you clicked "i agree" after a patch...just sayin

i got hacked and rito basicly banned me for sharing my account with my brother because they think he hacked me or somthing he doesent play league anymore and my friend didnt like it so he doesent play too

its against ToS to let anyone on your account. you broke the rules, and sadly you must suffer the consequence. i dont get why if your bother wanted to try this game out why he couldnt create an account for himself. its free and anyone can do it. While i dont agree with permabanning the account this is their game and they make the rules. To be fair though almost anyone can claim they own said account and try and get someone else account even knowing details of said account is fairly simple.

The problem is that if more than one person uses the account, who does it belong to? The person who created it? The person who knows the current password? The person who has access to the email address associated with the account? The person who has played on it the most?

the answer to all of that is me i know its not them because they dont know my password i am the only one who does i if they did play on my account i wouldn't really care what i care about is that someone took my rp to gift themselves and i dont know who that is right now i dont even care if he gets punished or if the stuff is refunded i want my account back
