Hextech Trading

I don't know if this would ever be a thing. But i think if it would be cool if you could trade Champion and Skins shards. Like i have Pulsefire But i almost never play ADC and it would be cool if i could trade it for DJ or Spirit Guard . Or buy them from people for RP.
