I got it - URF is going to come.

Riot stated a couple weeks ago that Rotating Game Mode queue is in the works, and that URF will not come on April 1st this year. Now, they also stated that it will be on the Rotating Game Mode queue at least twice this year.

So, what does this mean?

Well, essentially, Riot said that they would not have URF on April 1st, but that it would come sometime this year. Alright, let's dive into my theory.

April 1st is a Friday, Riot said that URF would not be released on April 1st. Nothing about April 2nd, though! April 2nd is a Saturday, a weekend, where the Rotating Game Mode queue rotates itself. What I've drawn from this is that URF will not only be here on April 2nd, but that it will be available for the 2 weeks following. You see, URF will be available twice on the Rotating Game Mode queue - Riot did not state when, or in what order. We know that in the past, URF has lasted for two weeks at a time.
