i want to know what riot has against smiteless jungling since they have basically make smite a requirement
also why do mages get to keep there anti healing item and ad's dont

I haven't played it, but with the new jungle and smite buffs, it seems like any smiteless jungler would just be hurting their team more than in season 4.
Because smite is a necessity for any team who wants to be able to effectively clear baron or dragon without getting it yoinked, it helps with overall clears, grants more gold, has a decent cooldown, and is just generally an asset to the team.
