Teemo, Fizz, Ekko, Swain, Blitz, Thresh, Shaco....
For the mid lane definitely LeBlanc. Trading with her can be very difficult and she doesn't need much of a lead to one shot you and take over the game.
Apart from him since even having to look at his face makes me ill, I'd have to say 
as of recent. Yes, yes, he's a high skill cap champion, but no one ever plays him unless they know what they're doing with him. He's my biggest nightmare to face up against bot lane.
Soraka IMO, just makes everything tedious in (and even out of) lane.
