Im pretty sure it will be back. When they had that one one get one free promo/sale last year they brought back the URF figure. So you might have to wait till something like that comes back if you want that figure.
Its a nice figure, and i wanted to get it for my friend because he like Jinx, and that is his favorite skin on her. The only thing i really dislike about the Merch Store is how inconsistent it is towards shipping. Some times when i check out an item its $5 shipping, and most of the time its $20 which is something i refuse to pay.
