New RAF Changes anytime soon?

Does anyone know if these "new RAF changes" are still happening ? in riots post they said changes would happen in a couple weeks. that was like 2 months ago, and I also received an email stating that I had 30 days to claim current rewards, that was also well over 30 days ago. SO CONFUSED D:
