Zed is "bugged" right now, so I'm just going to mildly nerf his combo and make it more dodge-able.

Oops! I nerfed it too much! Who knew that was possible?

I think zed's entire combo range needs to be buffed. Also make his ult damage sky rocket, only for early game thought, because "balance".

Hmm this was a bit much, so we're going to buff Seeker's Armguard and tone Zed's ult down a bit.

Whoops! I accidentally added a brand new AD item to the game! Which has a passive that, you guessed it, deals damage!

And gives armor penetration like the other billion items that build with Serrated Dirk!

So not only will Zed be op, but all your favorite AD assassins will come back into the meta!

(Yeah I'm salty about the changes with Zed a few patches ago and I'm really late with the rant... but a new AD item was just a dumb idea... The Zhonyas nerf a while back was also unnecessary.)
