Chroma Packs would be worth the RP if community created chroma packs were implemented

Several posts on reddit have already shown how easily and how well some members of the community could create customized Chroma Packs. If Riot created an option to allow community members to create+submit their own custom made Chroma Packs, we could end up with some very interesting packs that I'd be happy to spend RP on. I've already seen a few community creations that are very creative and would totally spend RP for, especially if I got several options for one of my favorite skins for 590RP. People are blasting Riot for charging RP for Chromas but my only problem with it is the previews we've seen just aren't interesting/high quality enough to warrant the cost. This option could satisfy both Riot and the community that seems to think Chromas are too low value for their cost right now.
