I got Perma Banned with only a 2 week supsension

So I played a ranked game as a ezreal support. I did really well that game and a Hecarim was constantly flaming me for picking ezreal support. A long time before I got a 2 week long suspension which i compensated for not flaming for a long time. After that I had 3 incidents with trolls and I diden't get chat banned or anything. So I was wondering how come after only a 2 week supsension I got Perma banned and I diden't even recieve a chatban please help me!

It takes 3 months for your punishment tier to drop one step, and a permaban is the next after a 2 week ban. Steps are as follows;

10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
14 day account ban
Permanent account ban

3 months of positive/neutral play game time not irl.

lol, was adding that in case someone thinks that they can get 2-week suspension and then afk from the account for 3 months to drop severity.

No, it really is 3 months realtime. Your tier drops as long as you don't get punished. 3 months of game time is a long time.

On my old account I got 3 2 week suspsension then got perma banned why is that after i get 1 i get perma

On this account I got 10 chat 14day Perma

They only skip punishment tiers for severe behavior, so you did something really wrong to skip the 25 game chat restriction. You don't get that tier punishment later if you skip it, you move on to the next one.

Is there anyway I can get 1 more chance? I tried my best not to flame for a long time its just that people kept flaming me and then I tried to defend myself. It just backfired towards me

Nah, the suspension shoulda stated that this was your last chance, next time perma. You were warned, ignored it, so got perma'd.
