I got Perma Banned with only a 2 week supsension

So I played a ranked game as a ezreal support. I did really well that game and a Hecarim was constantly flaming me for picking ezreal support. A long time before I got a 2 week long suspension which i compensated for not flaming for a long time. After that I had 3 incidents with trolls and I diden't get chat banned or anything. So I was wondering how come after only a 2 week supsension I got Perma banned and I diden't even recieve a chatban please help me!

It takes 3 months for your punishment tier to drop one step, and a permaban is the next after a 2 week ban. Steps are as follows;

10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
14 day account ban
Permanent account ban

Is there anyway I can get 1 more chance? I tried my best not to flame for a long time its just that people kept flaming me and then I tried to defend myself. It just backfired towards me
