Forums are not really "forums" in my opinion (Please read before disliking)

So I like the forums, it shows pretty cool stories/art. Funny Memes, and not to meantion the amazing music people make. Although I feel like Forums has sort of lost it's meaning. For example, Skins and Champion Concepts no Rioter ever look through there, like Maps and Modes. The bugs area you don't see Riot'ers ever help people or even say if they will now work on that bug. I just feel like forums are now more of a community area where no Riot people ever help in the different sections, that Rioters should comment on, let people know thank you for telling them about the bug, or even say sweet skin concept. Forums are suppose to be, from Google defination, a place, meeting, or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged, where Riot never view the issues.
