Report for verbal abuse is broken

If you get reported for verbal abuse, the tribunal does not look at it, they just send you a message saying about how your behavior isnt on line. This is completely wrong and should be reviewed before anything like this should happen. Falsely accused of whatever they report you of shouldn't be allowed.

These warning dialog boxes were created to give players more immediate feedback, to let them know that their recent behavior is not condoned by Riot or the community. There's actually nothing that says anywhere that these reports don't still go into the tribunal, and may be used in cases against them.

Regarding false accusations: if they truly are false, then you have nothing to worry about.

I have been reported for verbal abuse for saying "I am going to mute everyone before I start to say mean things". I mute every player on my team, so that they cannot see my texts and I cannot see theirs. I am reported after the game for verbal abuse. If no abusive words were spoken to any player in a given game, how can I be reported for verbal abuse? I would like to get feedback from Riot on how they handle players who mute every other player, and how they are given a reprimanding message for doing so. Please do not falsely accuse your customers.

Yeah, I played jungle with Malphite a little bit ago. Everything was going fine until I made a sloppy top lane gank, then the Garen started to yell at me. He went on and on about how I was the worst jungler ever and that everything was because of the gank throughout the course of the game. Every time he insulted me, I just replied with, "Okay". At the end of the game, which we lost, Garen then decided to report me for something, but I don't know what. I think it was verbal abuse, because I now have a 20-game message restriction. Riot, the Tribunal, or whoever works with this stuff needs to look into this. Verbal abuse almost is never punishable unless the player reported is innocent, it seems.

It's kinda rediculous when an enemy team is being toxic only to then rub it in my face that i'm mad when i report them for the verbal abuse.

Man this is not right, 3 people on my team were trolling me, so I started trolling them back. Of course I get chat banned. I wasn't any worse than them and if people are going to ruin my game then I'm going to find a way to still have fun playing it.
