No it isn't, it takes you back to 20000. YOU MAY be lucky and get in my friend did but this is

Also cannot get in, que position starts at 20k then rapidly goes to 1 over about a minute and then it keeps "checking my position in que" and it adds around 12-20 seconds and cycles there adding 12-20 seconds ever so often over and over.

Restart the league launcher, and go through normal login process. The issue is fixed.

As SOON as you hit position 1 in the queue, cancel queue, then try logging in again immediately.
