Can Singed Get A Little Love?

I've Noticed a few champions are getting a touch up in appearances Garen, Nocturne, Sivir, etc.

But what about Singed ? He is one of the oldest champions and I feel he is neglected! His lore is rather simple and his emotes (taunt,joke,etc) are rather bare. I think he deserves a tune up as well, Don't you?

Singed just got his running animation updated, whatever that means.

He hasn't gotten a VU because he is perfect. At least in my opinion. His overall model, etc. seem to fit into his lore really well. And I agree that, if they do change his appearance, his laugh better stay the same. He won't be right without it.
