I've Noticed a few champions are getting a touch up in appearances 
Garen, 
Nocturne, 
Sivir, etc.
But what about Singed 
? He is one of the oldest champions and I feel he is neglected! His lore is rather simple and his emotes (taunt,joke,etc) are rather bare. I think he deserves a tune up as well, Don't you?
As long as his laugh VO is unchanged. Gotta love dat laugh spam.
Singed just got his running animation updated, whatever that means.
He hasn't gotten a VU because he is perfect. At least in my opinion. His overall model, etc. seem to fit into his lore really well. And I agree that, if they do change his appearance, his laugh better stay the same. He won't be right without it.
