Riot games Scholarship Programs

For the Riot employees I was thinking of if you guys would ever consider of giving out Scholarship Programs for the people that would want to work at Riot Games. I have been looking to see if you guys have done this before and I did not find anything. For me my dream is to work at Riot Games, you guys have a really good community and have created a very awesome game. I would love to help make this game better.
