[request] Summoner icons.

Can we add in Champion ability icons as Summoner icons to the game? It would be really wonderful if when you hit rank 7 Mastery on character you gained all of their abilities as Summoner icons. This would be a cheap easy way to add diversity and Summoner icons while also adding 600+ icons to the game. they could even sell them if players didn't want to grind it out.
