Just curious if I am missing something. "My Snowdown Shop" was scheduled to start 12/16, correct? I do not see it when I try and find it within the client. Thanks in advance.

We're trying to work out issues that were preventing some players from receiving all of their offers. Unfortunately, I don't have an ETA at the moment.

this is a shop breaking issue they are trying to resolve ( the issue i believe is it is not working for many many player). they have been working on it all day, it will be enabled when they are done
