Twitch is amazing, I love him. (The champion)

Because he has the most delayed powerspike in the game, his early game is extremely bad and if he falls the slightest bit behind, the rest of the game is torture until he gets 5 and a half items completed.

I love Twitch too, but right now if you want a late-game ADC that doubles as an assassin, there isn't much reason to pick him over

Twitch has no escape besides his invis that can be delayed by simple aas. His passive is underwhelming. It does true damage but its so low that simple health regen and pots counter it. He has only 1 dmg ability which is a low class version of kalista's rend that doesnt reset, stacks are not limitless, doesnt slows and obviously does less dmg. His slow is easy to dodge and doesnt do dmg. His ult just makes his aa aoe but roots him when he does the aa. The aa width is so thin that it's impossible to hit 3 ppl unless cced. It also does less dmg to non initial target(up to40%). . . . Good things about twitch. Highest base atk speed. Early damage because of the passive is great. Good early game. Good in teamfights as long as he doesn't get focused.

And finally, the feeling of assisinating squishie with your invis while your fed is just kreygasm...

its because twitch was nerfed to the ground i love him as well but the balance team took a fun champion and ruined him
