Ranking fails again

I want to start off by saying I know I need to improve and get better just like everybody else and I know I am no where near good at this game XD

I won 8 of the 10 placement games and got put into bronze 4...yet again... Last year I had a similar problem I think I went 7/3 and got put in b4 as well... I ended last season in silver 5 and not sure why I got put so low this season... In what scenario does going 8/2 in placement starting at silver 5 mean that your b4... The only situation that should happen is if u haven't ranked before or if u ended somewhere around b4 last season... I simply don't get why I was put so low when i won 8 and only lost 2... Even if I had a crappy mmr(not sure if I did or not) but even with the worst mmr b4 after 8 wins is kinda really disappointing. Can someone explain to me why this happened... Again
