What is up with these bans?

Riot will you please explain the logic behind your banning? i literally make a new account to make sure i cant get banned and i dont even talk during ranked games only games i talk in is normals even then its not even bad. So how can i get banned from rankd game for 35 games when i dont even speak? like is the riot team that does the banning that incompetent? or what..... i seriously dont understand how anyone ever expects to get anywhere on this game. seems like all you guys want is our money since u prevent the entire community from playing. so please reply and give me a reasonable explanation but im not geting my hopes up since ik riot cant even be honest.
