We need a place to see and even show off our skin collections ingame

I'd like a place to see what champions I have skins for and which skins I have for each champion. Maybe it could be in the collection tab in the client or something. Somewhere anyway. You can't even look in the store and toggle off non-owned skins when you show owned. I might prefer collection though I wouldn't mind if it was something publicly viewable, if you could see what skins players have on their profiles. What do you summoners who are reading this think?

To clarify I want one consolidated place to see all of my skins. I've bought so many skins for different champions and I forget half of them. I'd rather not have to go through each champion to see what skins I have. I'd like a place to see all of the skins, and if viewable on profiles it'd be a nice way for people to show off what skins they have and how much they've supported Riot by buying their fancy skins.
