I need answers, I'm about to give up ranked..

Okay, so, the last two weeks of playing this game I had a solid 85% win ratio, I was doing great, yada yada, until today, and yesterday. I get paired with some of the most toxic members in this community, from the very start! Also, everyone I was paired with the last two weeks banned champions that made SENSE, (Current strong champs) And today out of the blue the people I am paired with ban the most idiotic champions (Excuse my language, no other way to explain it) I don't type in chat much because I know how easily people are offended, I do however say good job when a member on my team does something worth noting such as getting a turret, or a kill or got dragon, so forth. Does Riot intentionally pair me with bad people after doing good? I honestly miss the old Elo system. Let the bad be bad, let the good climb. I would enjoy to hear at least some sort of a theory on why this is happening. I don't mind someone who does bad, but to feed, and to also have toxic members, it honestly just takes a toll on a person. My views on this game go so negative I just do not feel like getting back online after an awful day like this. So sick of toxicity. Can these players get some sort of a harsher punishment? One to where they wouldn't think twice about not typing when it came to being toxic? Or only allow more experienced players into ranked? PLEASE. FEEDBACK!
