Do you guys have any good ideas for someone who normally breaks the meta, not just something like Vayne jungle or Kennen ADC
I am talking like Draven Support and jungle devourer Blitzcrank.

When you break the meta, I'd atleast pick something that could work, like ad assassin vi mid. If you are playing with random people on your team, I wouldn't make them deal with full ap olaf (someone who has 0 ap scaling abilities).
That said, A mana based Blitz top is funny, something like

I started playing Jinx support about 2 weeks ago and it worked wonders for me. Sadly, it's rare I'm ALLOWED to play it in ranked. :/
Cassiopeia support is probably my most consistent off-meta support. Cash in on all Spellthief stacks with 1 Q, spend all laning phase stacking your passive, then mid game become one of the carries.
Malzahar support also works well, less consistently though. His E does the same as Cass' poison but he transitions more to a "save my W + Ult for backline peeling" mid-late game.
AD Ahri. So fun.
devourer lulu jungle.
Full tank Vladimir. No idea if it works as his passive is far more efficient converting AP to health, not vice versa.
100% crit build Zed. I dunno if it counts as breaking the meta, but if you're snowballing, getting an IE, two Phantom Dancers, a Youmuu's, I forget the rest, well, you can solo Baron when you have full build. RedMercy has a video on it, I think.
Yasuo jungle. It's not super common, but when I do see it, it's pretty terrifying.
Yasuo/Kalista bot lane.
Vladimir support in a kill lane, maybe with Kalista?
Rammus support.
Azir jungle.

I've heard there's someone floating in Diamond that plays support. You could try that.
