AFK'ing

One person on my team AFK's. We get slaughtered. Ended at 20 minutes, and I lost 23 lp. WTF IS THIS ?!?!? 23 LP for ONE LOSS?? That's ridiculous!! And the loss was not even my fault!! Ban every person who EVER AFK's in a game. I don't care what the reason is for! If you have to leave a game for some other reason than technical problems then you should plan ahead more carefully! Not just say Oh I have soccer practice gtg. 2 minutes into the game! The amount of people who can't manage their time is unacceptable.
