I got my lesson; My luck is terrible. (Or realy lucky?)

So with the Snowdown event, I decide for the first time to buy chests, knowing that they don't need keys to open. so I get the 5 Frozen Fiends Snowdown Chest pack. I get my 5 skins along with with 3 fragements in total, so I decide to open the chest... And I out of ALL the skins that I don't own, I get a duplicate. of a Permanant of Sandstorm Kha'zix. I play Top lane, mid lane and support the most. I'm not planning on buying him at all. I feel ripped off. Sigh x'D I mean what are the chances? Knowing that I don't own a lot of skins (Less than 20 in total.)
