Questions regarding the recent chromas for IP sales

I saved some IP throughout the last weeks in expectation to grab some chromas to for IP. However I missunderstood that not all "old" chromas were on that special sale - so before I spend the saved IP for changing my summoner name I want to be sure that the following chromas will only be on sale on the next one:
