[RIOT PLZ] Stop Reworking Sion!!!!!

Sion is actually a very underestimated scary mid champ. He is very popular in KR and CN regional servers. A famous challenger '霸哥啊' mains sion with a nearly 70% win rate and was once the first place of CN server. Chinese replace sion with his name because of his outstanding stream. After he released the rune page and mastery, so many people have started to play sion. Sion remains on the very hot ban list in CN. When I solo-q in KR, sion also shows up very often. Ahri has been the hot pick since world final, while sion is exactly a strong counter pick. PEOPLE LOVE SION AND HIS CURRENT CHAMPION STYLE. Riot you cannot try to rework a so popular sion simply because he is not popular in NA. People were disappointed when they saw the news.

Well with all regions put together he has a 2% pick rate in normal games and 1.5% pick rate in ranked games with a 48ish percent win rate. Just because a few people can play him well doesn't mean he is good. He needs to be usable by the general public as a fun and satisfying champion. What does he do? He walks up, stuns you, blows up his shield and runs away. On AP sion his E and R are dead spells and on AD his w does basically nothing and he will get kited all day for lack of a gap closer/some form of mobility. He is not fun to play at all and does not see much success at all except maybe from a few players.

Riot doesn't just rework champs who are bad or have low win rates. They rework champions who they feel are bad for the game. Sometimes they nerf the champions first to reduce their presence in the game, to hold over until they can rework. I believe Riot has commented in the past that Sion has one-dimensional play with little counterplay.

Lets be real, Sion makes no sense from a theme standpoint, a balance standpoint, and while he is not weak, he needs not only a kit rework, he needs a visual one as well.

Sion was badly implemented from the beginning, and as time has gone on, it is easy to see that he needs a rework.

That said, feel free to keep playing sion, its not like they are close to finishing, releasing, or even testing what sion will become. They honestly don't know what to do with him.
