Ranked restricted for doing nothing

I think i know what i got ranked restricted for, I was playing kog'maw then i feed (not intentionally) then my team started saying report kog'maw, I asked for what and they said intentionally feeding and i told them it wasn't intentional but they didn't understand and then I started arguing a bit, (didn't even say bad words), I need a clarification, its like my 4th time getting ranked restricted, and this time I got 16 GAMES please help.

P.S. I got chat restricted too.
