English Speaker on LAN, terrible experience

I decided to create an account on LAN to see if I like it there to possible switch my account over to LAN because I have been having ping issues lately. I saw that when the pro's came to Florida for MSI they were given accounts on LAN because it has better ping than NA. We are talking about 78-120average in NA to 27average in LAN if you live in Florida. Which I do. Now 78-120 isn't bad, but the spikes are.

So, I decided to try LAN. I only took two spanish classes and barely remember much, but I still created a kinda funny name on LAN (Pato chupa Oso - Duck Suck Bear)

When people mentioned my character I knew they were talking about me so I reply with no hablo espanol, and usually it is a terrible idea. I get called a troll, and get harassed pretty often. All I said was no hablo espanol one game, and i got a warning for verbal harassment. I was reported for not speaking their language. People say troll, nob/noob, asco(disgust), and even a few times maricone(%%%). Who knows what else that I didn't understand. And just knowing that you are an english speaker, they will make fun of you and your mistakes in game just to do so. And then you see your name or characters name mentioned and they keep bashing you and you can't even understand! Yes I know there is ignore, but it is pretty bad how often I am treated terribly on LAN just because they know I am an english speaker. Just about every game if I talk english or mention no hablo, I get harassed. I love the ping, but I honestly feel like the harassment is way worse than my NA experience. To me, the bad ping on NA is driving me from this game and now I have no where to go. I've spent many years on lol since the beginning of Season 2, and its coming time for me to put this game away.
