Never ending losses

I don't know what to do anymore. 13 out of 16 ranked games lost to afkers, ragers, trolls, disconnected team mates, ect. Almost three demotions in three days of just casual play with breaks taken between games hoping that would help. Other than the obvious response of "carry ur team if u r gud" I don't expect any real replies. Just venting...
