Champion Voice Overs

Okay, I have seen many, MANY posts asking if using voice over changers are legal, et cetera, et cetera, ad nausium. My question is, why can we not just have a settings option for champion voice over languages? This would probably prevent some people from trying to alter their clients in any way and/or prevent them from using third-party programs that may or may not be safe for them to use; either for the game servers or for their own information, should some of those files actually be spyware.

I would personally _love _ to have options for changing the VO language, especially since I went and listened to 's Japanese VO.

I mean sure, it would require a re-log to download the Voice files, but it really shouldn't be that hard to do, right?

I can only hope that this can be made into a thing.
